The glass fiber filling in Low Warp PA GF30 was specifically chosen to maximize the performance-enhancing properties of the material. As a result, Ares Industries has developed an uncompromising blend that showcases the full potential of glass fibers. To ensure minimal wear on the printer nozzle, a functionalized version of the fibers with a less aggressive geometry was employed.

Ares Industries' Low Warp PA GF30 is designed for users who prioritize high mechanical performance, outstanding hardness, and superior heat resistance in their 3D printed models. The high glass fiber content contributes to the filament's very low processing shrinkage. Notably, the Low Warp PA GF30 exhibits an impressive HDT thermal resistance of 180°C (0.45MPa), placing it among the top-tier materials specifically crafted for desktop 3D printers.
