Ares Industries presents the Low Warp PA CF15, an exceptional high-performance composite material. This filament is reinforced with carbon fibers, resulting in superior mechanical strength, stiffness, vibration damping ability, and abrasion resistance that outclasses other types of filaments. This combination also enhances chemical resistance and the ability to operate continuously at high temperatures.

With the introduction of the heat-stabilized, carbon fiber-filled Low Warp PA CF15, Ares Industries aims to elevate the standards for nylon filaments even further. Low Warp PA CF15 is a true heavy-duty specialist, featuring a specially formulated blend designed to improve flow during extrusion, thus enhancing material particle adhesion. The incorporation of 15% carbon fibers significantly increases stiffness and tensile strength (up to 120 MPa), while also boasting a higher HDT thermal resistance of 180°C (0.45MPa) compared to the unfilled version. The fiber content reduces shrinkage, which is common in most high-temperature materials, making the printing process much easier and giving prints an appealing "carbon-like" appearance.
